Why you should donate to Camelot

Camelot Equestrian Park Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization

Your Donations help to:

Preserve this land for equestrian use

Provide safe shelter during disaster evacuations

Maintain and improve the facility

Protect and preserve the rich legacy of horses

We are currently raising funds for project shelter:

The goal of Project Shelter is to provide covered shelter for displaced horses and other large animals during Disaster Evacuations. During the Camp Fire Evacuation your outpouring of generous donations has allowed CEPF to acquire 4 Mare Motel structures. North Valley Animal Disaster Group (NVADG) has matched our 4 with another 4 Mare Motels. Our combined efforts will allow us to provide covered shelter for up to 74 horses during an evacuation event. When not in use by an evacuation these shelters will also provide needed shaded stabling for equestrian events.

Our efforts are not complete.

We need to add road base for year round access. We need to make road and grounds repairs caused by the heavy traffic flow during the Camp Fire efforts. We need to add lighting and misters to the Mare Motel structures and continue to make many more improvements to the Camelot Disaster Evacuation Center.

Camelot is serving as a Feed and Hay Bank for those affected by the Camp Fire. Many Organizations and individuals have donated animal feed and countless tack items. The Butte County Pony Club has been dedicating their weekends to distributing these donations to those who need them. These actions are making a real difference for many of our Equestrian Friends who have lost so much.

You make the difference.

By making a tax-deductible donation to the Camelot Equestrian Park a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization you are directly supporting the land preservation, equine safety, education and the economic growth of our community. We appreciate your gift, it is vital to sustaining and growing the Park we all enjoy.

CEPF needs your help!

The realization of Camelot requires substantial funding. Equestrian schooling and competition facilities are being built, equipped, and maintained. The ability to host successful competitions requires a safe, professionally built and maintained facility. All funds donated to the Foundation will be used to fulfill our mission of providing challenging learning experiences for all levels and disciplines of horsemanship.

We need dedicated benefactors and volunteers.
